Lead time is the most important number in this category. Sourcing a custom seasonal or party item takes about 8 to 12 weeks by sea or 4 to 6 weeks by air, including sample approval and production. For a Christmas or Halloween program, that means starting your sourcing order by late summer at the latest. How far in advance should I place a seasonal sourcing order?
At least 8 to 12 weeks before you need goods in hand, since that is the standard ocean lead time including samples and production. For a Christmas program, place your sourcing order by late summer. Air freight (4 to 6 weeks) is an option but adds to the landed cost.
Can we get holiday gift bags or gift wrap printed with our store logo?
Yes. Private label is available through our sourcing service. Include your logo, the print or color preference and the quantity in your quote request.
