How it works

Apply or request a quote, order by the case or approve samples, and receive your goods at the landed price we quoted. Wholesale orders are prepaid; sourcing orders take a 30% deposit.

Buying wholesale by the case

For ready-made products, shipped direct from the factory to your door.

    Free, about three minutes. We reply within one business day.

  2. 2

    Get pricing and case packs

    We send landed pricing for the categories you picked. Case sizes depend on the product.

  3. 3

    Order and prepay

    Order full cases and pay by card or ACH. Send your resale certificate or EIN before the first order ships.

  4. 4

    Delivered

    Shipped direct from the factory, with the delivery time confirmed in your quote. Freight, duties and customs are already in the price.

Sourcing a product to your spec

For custom or private-label products made for your store.

    Request a quote

    Tell us the product, quantity, target price and timing. We reply within one business day.

  2. 2

    Approve samples

    We find the factory and arrange samples. Production starts after you approve them and pay a 30% deposit.

  3. 3

    Inspection and balance

    Goods are inspected before they ship. The balance is due before they leave the factory.

  4. 4

    Freight, customs, delivery

    About 8 to 12 weeks by sea or 4 to 6 by air, door to door, at the landed price we quoted.

Samples, payment, shipping and returns

  • Samples

    Sourcing orders start with samples for you to approve. You pay the sample cost, and it comes off your production order.

  • Payment

    Wholesale is prepaid by card or ACH. Sourcing takes a 30% deposit, with the balance before shipping.

  • Shipping

    We ship anywhere in the US. Freight, customs and duties are part of the landed price.

  • Problems and returns

    Email us photos within 7 days if anything arrives short, damaged or defective, and we replace it or credit you. Otherwise all sales are final.
