This policy explains what Tally Wholesale LLC collects on tallywholesale.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us in a form: your name, business name, email, phone, website, business type, state, resale permit number or EIN, the products and quantities you ask about, and your message.
- Where you came from: campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source and utm_campaign), the website that referred you, and the page you sent the form from. This tells us which of our emails or pages brought you here.
- Anonymous page statistics: page views and clicks on our main buttons, counted without cookies and without identifying you.
We don’t collect payment card details through this website.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, review wholesale applications, prepare quotes and fulfill orders. We use the anonymous statistics to see which pages are useful.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered to our team by an email service provider. Our website is hosted by a hosting provider, and our anonymous statistics come from that provider’s analytics and from Umami, a cookie-free analytics service. These providers process data only to run those services for us.
We never sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep messages, applications and account details for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing hello@tallywholesale.com, and we will, unless the law requires us to keep them.
