Ordering
Do I need a resale certificate or EIN?
Yes. We sell to businesses only, so we ask for a resale certificate or EIN before your first order ships. You can apply without one and send it later.
What's the minimum order?
$250 per wholesale order, made up of full cases, not factory production runs. Case sizes depend on the product and are listed once your account is approved. For custom sourcing, the minimum depends on the factory and is part of your quote.
Do you sell to consumers?
No. Tally Wholesale sells to businesses only.
Pricing and tariffs
How are tariffs and duties handled?
They are built into your price. We import the goods, pay the duties and clear customs, then quote you one landed price per unit.
What payment terms do you offer?
Wholesale orders are prepaid by card or ACH. Sourcing orders take a 30% deposit to start production, with the balance due before shipping.
Is there a sourcing fee?
No separate fee. It is built into one all-in price per unit, delivered.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Wholesale orders ship direct from the factory to your door, and we confirm the delivery time in your quote before you pay. Custom sourcing takes about 8 to 12 weeks by ocean or 4 to 6 weeks by air, including samples and production.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the US. Freight, customs and duties are included in the landed price we quote.
Sourcing
Where are the products made?
In vetted factories overseas. We handle sourcing, quality checks, freight and customs, so you buy from a US company.
Do I need importing experience?
No. We deal with the factory, the freight, customs and duties. You approve samples and receive the goods at your door.
Do you do private label?
Yes, through our sourcing service. Send a quote request with the product, quantity and branding you have in mind.
How do I get a sourcing quote?
Send the product, quantity, target price and timing through the quote form. We reply within one business day with questions or a first estimate.
Can I get samples?
Yes, for custom and private-label products. You pay the sample cost plus shipping, and the sample cost is credited against your production order if you go ahead.
Returns
Can I return items that do not sell?
No. All wholesale and custom orders are final sale. If anything arrives damaged or defective, we replace it or credit you.
What if items arrive damaged or defective?
Email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the affected items or credit your account.
