About Tally Wholesale

Who we are

Tally Wholesale LLC is a US wholesale and sourcing company. We import products from vetted factories and sell them to independent US retailers: boutiques, gift shops, home and specialty stores, pet shops and online sellers.

Most small stores can't buy direct from a factory. The minimums are too high, the price you see leaves out freight and duties, and you end up wiring money to a supplier you've never met. We do the importing so you don't have to, and sell by the case at one price that already includes all of it.

Why the name

A tally is an honest count. The price we quote is the landed price: product, freight, customs and duties to your door. No surprise fees after the order.

A US company, shipping nationwide

We are a US company registered in Wyoming and we ship to stores anywhere in the United States. You pay a US business by card or ACH, and you get a reply from us within one business day.

What we commit to

• A reply to every message within one business day.
• One landed price per unit, with shipping, freight and duties included, and no separate sourcing fee.
• Quotes that hold for 14 days.
• Samples you approve before any custom production starts.
• If anything arrives damaged, defective or short, report it with photos within 7 days and we replace it or credit you.

How we check factories

• We confirm the factory actually makes the product, rather than reselling it.
• We compare samples against your spec before production starts.
• We inspect finished goods before they leave the factory.
• We check cartons, labels and packing so orders arrive ready to shelve.

We visit our suppliers in person and will share what we see on those trips, including photos of the factories and goods we work with.
